New executive board to boost SolidComp’s growth

SolidComp’s year 2022 was successful.

SolidComp strengthens its executive board with three external members. By enhancing the wide expertise of the company the board creates fruitful grounds for profitable growth.

Jorma Turunen, Doctor of Science, Professor of Practice, and professional board member, starts as the chairman. Turunen has a long managerial history, and has acted as a chairman and a member in many growing businesses.

A new board member is Sonja London, Master of Law, eMBA, who works as the General Counsel and Licensing Executive in TactoTek Ltd. London has deep experience of technology commercialization and patenting and licensing strategies. London acts as investor, advisor and board member in IT growth companies. IAM Strategy 300 has listed her as one of the worlds top IPR strategists.

Another new board member is Tarmo Tuominen, Master of Philosophy, who has a long career of managerial positions and board memberships in mining industry. His thorough industry knowledge and understanding of it’s special needs brings great value to SolidComp’s interactions with it’s clients.

Acting board chairman and co-founder Tuomas Korhonen, Master of Science in Technology, becomes vice-chairman. Other co-founders CEO Sandor Nagy and Juha Timonen continue as usual.

The new executive board started it’s work on 1st of January 2023.
